We had a fantastic stay, thanks to the caring staff, clean rooms, and great hotel facilities. The hotel's location is easy to access by car, and parking is also available. The breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland with a nice area on the top floor serving breakfast with panoramic windows. We also appreciated the hotel's transportation services and excellent staff.

the breakfast was impressive with fresh, homemade bread and a wide selection of jams. the bathroom facilities were of high standard and the room included a vending machine with cold drinks, and a garage for our bikes. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location was ideal, as the hotel was a short drive away from both Bern and Bienne.

The quality of dinner at the restaurant could have been better.

Our stay was very enjoyable overall. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. The location was also very convenient as it was close to various entertainment options, such as mini-golf and a little zoo. the rooms were very comfortable and allowed for a quiet night's sleep.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, and there was a lot of dust on the floor.

Location and view are spectacular, perfect for new year's eve. Complimentary champagne was offered at midnight and the fireworks were amazing, exceeding all expectations. the staff is friendly and helpful, catering to all our needs.

The room was not cleaned before check-in and there was dust everywhere, which was very disappointing. the breakfast area was swarmed by insects, making it impossible to enjoy the food.
